Where we deliver
At this time, due to the nature of our products, we do not ship outside of Canada. Please accept our apologies.

Shipping Rates
***FREE SHIPPING for deliveries within the Town of Oakville, Ontario on all orders $20.00 or more***

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is according to package weight, size, and geographic location.  Before the final checkout page, you will be shown the expected cost of shipping and you will have the opportunity to review, approve or cancel your order at this time.

  • Up to 5kg - $12.00
  • 5.01kg to 10kg - $16.00
  • 10.01kg to 15kg - $20.00
  • 15.01kg to 20kg - $30.00

Our Carriers
We use Canada Post for all deliveries within Canada and a local courier for local deliveries. From time to time, we may use other carriers due to unique and/or unforeseen circumstances. In this event, you will be contacted and made aware of the situation and will have the option to cancel the order.

Estimated Shipping Times
All orders are shipped from our premises within 48 hours, or unless otherwise agreed upon by the customer and The Candy Cave Oakville Inc. Deliveries are made between 9am and 6pm EST, Monday to Friday. Canada Post and our local delivery company do not allow time specific deliveries. Canada Post and our local courier company do not phone to arrange deliveries. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Shipment times reflect business days. Shipping to remote locations in Canada may require additional delivery time and an increase in shipping costs, you will be contacted for approval if additional fees are necessary and not identified at the time of purchase.

We will not be held responsible for delays due to weather or other acts out of our control. If a package is returned to us, we will be charged for return shipping, this charge will be passed on to you and your credit card will be charged this amount. No refunds for shipping costs will be provided for any reason, at any time for shipments or product using this method so you ship at your OWN RISK. As long as you provide us with a valid email address, you will receive a tracking number for your order. Please go to and enter this number to track your order. Due to the possible perishable nature of the product, please ensure that someone will be available to receive your delivery on the delivery date. We cannot be responsible for product that is damaged or spoiled due to any delivery issues.

All damage, discrepancies, and late delivery claims must be made within 3 business days of the package being received. NO exceptions to this policy. If a package arrives damaged or there is a discrepancy we will make every effort to resolve the issue in a timely manner and to your satisfaction. Credits and or refunds will be at the sole discretion of The Candy Cave Oakville Inc. and will only be issued if damaged packages or discrepancies can be verified by the carrier. If you dispose of the package before we can verify the damages/discrepancy we will not issue any refund. All claims must be made by email to
