We want to make sure you have a fun and wonderful experience while you’re exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products and services, whether you’re shopping online, at our retail store or at an event in our community. Nothing excites us more than to welcome you into our world of nostalgic candy! As with any online shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply. When placing an order online, you agree to the terms set forth below along with The Candy Cave Oakville Inc. Terms & Conditions, Privacy Notice and Shipping and Returns policy.
Individual product item prices on The Candy Cave Oakville Inc. website are shown in Canadian dollars. The displayed dollar amount is based on one item unless otherwise indicated. The item price does not include applicable sales tax and shipping charges (please review our Shipping and Returns Policy for additional information).
When you place an order with us you will be redirected to the PayPal website. PayPal is a safe, secure and a preferred online payment gateway. There you will need to login with your PayPal username and password, or you can check out as a guest. Before completing the order, please confirm your total invoice amount and billing details are correct.
The Candy Cave Oakville Inc. may, in its sole discretion, refuse or cancel any order and limit order quantity. We may also require additional qualifying information prior to accepting or processing any order. Once we receive your Online order, we’ll provide you with an email order confirmation. Your receipt of an order confirmation, however, does not signify acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell; we are simply confirming that we received your order. The Candy Cave Oakville Inc. reserves the right at any time after receiving your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. If we cancel an order after you have already been billed, we will refund the billed amount.
Product Availability and Limitations
Given the seasonality of our products and possible supply constraints, The Candy Cave Oakville Inc. may limit the number of products available for purchase. We reserve the right to change quantities available for purchase at any time, even after you place an order. Furthermore, there may be occasions when we confirm your order but subsequently, learn that we cannot supply the ordered product. In the event we cannot supply a product you ordered, we will cancel the order and refund your purchase price in full.
In accordance with federal and provincial law, your online purchases from The Candy Cave Oakville Inc. will be taxed using the applicable sales tax using your shipping address provided. Your invoice will reflect the total sales tax amount.
To place an order on behalf of a tax-exempt organization or individual, please contact us by phone at 1 905 582 9856 or email at email@example.com. You will need to provide proof of tax-exempt status. The organization or individual name on the order must exactly match the tax-exempt certificate.
Due to the nature of our nostalgic candy product line all candy, loot bags and gift basket sales are FINAL. There will be absolutely NO refunds allowed. The Candy Cave Oakville Inc. inspects and validates every order, but we understand no one is perfect (happy to share 100% customer satisfaction to date). If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to make it right. If the product is damaged as a result of shipping, please refer to our Shipping and Returns Policy.
In addition, please note the following:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable;
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
