Do you have a store?
No, we don't. We are an online candy store. We do offer local pickup if needed.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes, when viewing your order on the "Cart" or "Checkout" page select the Local Pickup option. Pick up location is:

To maintain the security of your information on our website we only ask for information required to complete the sale. To safeguard your information we use the Positive Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol with 2048 bit Industry Standard SSL Certificate.
Does your site install cookies and what are they?
Yes, we do install small packets of information on your computer temporarily. Cookies are used by us to streamline and enhance your ordering experience. Do I need a PayPal Account to process my online payment?
You do NOT need to have a PayPal account to pay for your online purchase. Simply just enter your payment details in the fields provided.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
Do I need to create an account to shop online?
No, you can simply just checkout as a guest.
Can I send my order as a gift?
You can! Please select the “Ship to a different address” section and enter the shipping address. Place a comment in the “Order Notes” field during checkout that you would like your order to be shipped as a gift order. You may include a brief gift message and we will include a gift packing slip that does not list prices.
How do I proceed through the checkout process?
Once you have finished adding items to your Cart, simply click the “Proceed to Checkout” button on the Cart or the “Checkout” link at the top or bottom menu and we will guide you through the checkout process.
How do I apply a promotional code to my order?
On the “Cart” page there is a section labeled “Coupon code.” Enter your code there, and click the “Apply Coupon” button. You will see the discounted amount in the “Cart Totals” section on the same page.
What are your shipping rates?
FREE SHIPPING for deliveries within the Town of Oakville for orders in the value of $20.00 or more.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is according to package weight, size and geographic location. Before the final process payment field you will be provided the expected cost of shipping and you will have the opportunity to review, approve or cancel your order at this time.
- Up to 5kg - $12.00
- 5.01kg to 10kg - $16.00
- 10.01kg to 15kg - $20.00
- 15.01kg to 20kg - $30.00

Can you ship your products anywhere?
At this time, due to the nature of our products, we do not ship outside of Canada. Please accept our apologies.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of our nostalgic candy product line all candy, loot bags and gift basket sales are FINAL. There will be absolutely NO refunds allowed. The Candy Cave Oakville Inc. inspects and validates every order, but we understand no one is perfect (happy to share 100% customer satisfaction to date). If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to make it right.
